Cambodian Harvest September 2016

Categories: Updates from the Wells Family

This month, Shalom Phnom Penh Church celebrated its 14th year anniversary. We are grateful to have been able to serve with Shalom since that first year and it is with joy that we celebrate this anniversary, looking forward to what the Lord will do through this local expression of His Body. As I continue to serve on the pastoral team at Shalom, I am even more aware of my own weakness and our need for your prayers.

Since committing to two years of full-time service as a pastor at Shalom, we have definitely felt a heavier burden and stress on our family, and it seems that direct attacks from the enemy have increased exponentially. We know so many of you keep us in your prayers on a regular basis, and we just want to thank you, and reiterate our need for your prayers: that our ministry here might be filled with the power and might of His strength, and not our own. Thank you all for your continued prayers and your generous financial support that enable us to serve the Lord here in Cambodia.
